South Branch Pond Campground is a lean-to campsite in Baxter State Park. There are 34 individual sites. Access is available by vehicle and canoe. Advance reservations are required.

Pets are strictly prohibited. Baxter State Park is a 209,644-acre wilderness preserve centered on Mt. Katahdin, Maine's highest peak. Home to ~45 campgrounds and backcountry sites, all requiring advance reservations.
