About This Campsite

3 Campsites, 2 sites large enough to accommodate groups of 12, and one site large enough for a group of 6 people. 3 Fireplaces 3 Picnic Tables 2 Outhouses Comments: This is a popular campsite because it is the primary travel route for groups doing the Allagash trip. There is a nice sandy beach for great swimming and boat access. Rangers keep a portage trail open for visitors who would prefer to carry some or all of their gear down to Eagle Lake instead of running Martin Stream with a loaded cano
