About This Campsite

Inlet Campsite is on the left as you enter Round Pond. It is in the direct line of travel for those groups doing the Allagash trip and is therefore, very popular with canoeists. The site offers a large open area with plenty of room for pitching tents.

There is a great view of Round Pond Mountain from this site. It can be breezy if the wind blows out of the southwest.…
