This campsite is canoe access only via the Aroostook River. The upper headwaters of the Aroostook offer some spectacular canoeing opportunities during the spring to early summer months. Depending on rainfall amounts these headwaters have a tendency to drain quickly, so please feel free to contact the North Maine Woods for flow rate information or visit the USGS website for current flow data.
