About This Campsite

2 Campsites, one site large enough to accommodate a group of 12, one site large enough for a group of 8 people. 2 Fireplaces 2 Picnic Tables 1 Outhouse Comments: Carry Trail Campsite has two sites located approximately 1 mile from the gate on the portage trail between Round Pond and Allagash Lake. The back site is a large, dry site. The front site has ledge with some grass and can be wet. This is the closest campsite to the Allagash Lake Ranger Station and the Allagash Mountain Trail.
